Return Policy

At Sweet Envy Inc., we make sure that each package is correctly packaged, protecting the package contents. We mark all of our packages with a “Fragile” stamp to make sure that your Gift Basket arrives in pristine condition. In the event that the package arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us via email as soon as the package is received. We will gladly replace any basket that arrives damaged. In order to guarantee a replacement Gift Basket, the damaged goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging.


Sweet Envy Inc. is not responsible for Baskets that were delivered to the wrong address, if an incorrect address was given during the ordering process. All gift baskets that are returned to us because of the wrong address given will be subject to any fees charged by UPS or Fedex and in turn we will charge these fees to your account.   

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or change your order.
